Free Play

Hutchinson offers a variety of activities for kids every summer.  In addition to summer camps, park and rec activities, the outdoor pool, and church programs, there are other ways to stay busy, healthy and active this summer!

Hunger Free McLeod’s Summer Feed Program offers a hot lunch and free activities Monday through Friday at VFW Park and Rotary Park.  These meals and activities are free for children 18 and under.  Read more…

America’s Fitness Center offers a Summer Kids Program free for members’ children age 5-10, running July 8-24th.

GetFit Hutchinson offers free fitness activities for adults and children.  Find them on Faceboook.

Celebrate Dance, Fitness, and Wellness Studio offers summer programming and charity Zumba classes for kids and adults.  Find them on Facebook.

Hutchinson Community Running Group has 3 mile group runs every Wednesday night.  They meet at 6:45 Library Square.  All ages and running levels welcome.  Find them on Facebook.

The Minnesota Hospital Association recognizes Hutchinson Health as a high performer in regard to Reducing Avoidable Re-Admissions (RARE) and preventing adverse skin events for our patients. This means you receive reliable, preventative care when you need it most.

The strides we have made to continuously advance health and safety outcomes for our patients and our community is something we are excited to share with you. Hutchinson Health was one of 86 hospitals who participated in the RARE (Reducing Avoidable Readmissions Effectively) Campaign.

How We Made This Happen!
