Wisdom Wellness Tips

I’m Peg Christenson, Registered Dietetic Technician, at Hutchinson Health bringing a new program to you called Wellness Wisdom. I will share words of wisdom on various topics and am kicking off this new segment with tips for healthy holiday eating.
Christmas celebrations are in full swing and you may find it difficult to maintain healthy eating habits and your weight during the holidays.
