National Pharmacy Week 2018

Join us in celebrating National Pharmacy Week October 21 – 27, 2018!

Each year we celebrate our team of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists who work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, respiratory therapists, laboratorians, and many others to ensure our patients receive excellent care. Pharmacists play a critical role in preventing medication errors, advising providers on best drug choices, monitoring patient medication therapies, providing patient education, and working with new technology to enhance medication safety and administration.

We’d like to acknowledge all the different service areas and providers that work together to ensure safe and effective medication use at Hutchinson Health, and for their role in improved patient outcomes. It is only with this team approach that we are able to realize our mission of advancing health with our community.

Pink Lights at the Cancer Center

Check out our pink lights at night! The Cancer Center is part of an initiative to spread awareness during the month of October for Breast Cancer Awareness. HealthPartners buildings are lit pink all month.

This is an annual campaign to equip people with the information and resources they need to spread awareness within their own family and circle of friends. It’s a time dedicated toward helping people understand how prominent breast cancer is and what can be done to help prevent, diagnose, and treat the disease.
