COVID -19 FAQ #2
What do I do if I want to get tested?
Testing will be by appointment only and collected through the drive up process.
Appointments are required to ensure we have everything we need before you arrive. This will provide a safe, efficient process for you and our team. Our scheduling team is available M-F from 8am-4:30pm starting Monday May 4th to help you make your appointment for testing.
You will be asked a few short screening questions when you call to schedule. Your answers are very important to help us make the process go smoothly, so please be patient with our team as they go through these questions.
If you arrive at the testing site without an appointment, the team will not be prepared to collect your sample. You will be asked to exit the drive up line and to call our scheduling line. A minimum of two hours is required to ensure your supplies, specific to you, are ready when you arrive for your scheduled appointment. Call 320-234-3290 starting Monday, May 4th to schedule an appointment.
