Jump Camp 2020
Join us for a virtual jump performance camp!
Incorporating strength and agility to perform your best and prevent injury.
Want to increase your vertical jump? Want to strengthen your legs to improve speed and agility? Whether you are a seasoned athlete or relatively new to the sports world, this camp is for you! Prepare your body by learning how to stretch; proper strengthening exercises and techniques specific to jumping and agility to balance your lower body and stabilize your core; and techniques to prevent or stop an injury from progressing.
Trainer: Amy Rogotzke, MA, PTA, LAT/C is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Athletic Trainer with Hutch Health, specializing in Sports Medicine treatment and training. You may also catch her on the sidelines of Hutch HS sporting events providing medical coverage.
This will be a 4 week series: November 1, 8, 15, 22 (Sunday evening)
The class will be held via WebEx. (Link will be sent following registration on 10/29/20)
You will need a computer or mobile device with a camera and a microphone.
Cancellation Policy: Any no show or cancellation after October 29, 2020 will forfeit the registration fee.
