Join us for a swim performance camp to perform your best and prevent injury.
Whether you are a seasoned swimmer or relatively new to the sport, anyone can have their season sidelined with a nagging injury. Prepare your body by learning how to stretch, proper strengthening exercises and technique specific to swimmers to balance your upper body and stabilize your core, and techniques to stop an injury from progressing.
This will be a 4 week series: October 27, November 3, 10, 17
The class will be held via WebEx. (Link will be sent following registration on 10/26/20)
You will need a computer or mobile device with a camera and a microphone.
Cancellation Policy: Any no show or cancellation after October 22, 2020 will forfeit the registration fee.
