Make It Ok Ambassador

Do you want to learn more about how to make it ok to talk about mental illness? Do you want to help reduce the stigma of mental illness?

The stigma surrounding mental illnesses is one of the barriers to people getting the help they need and deserve. Make It OK is an initiative that focuses on reducing stigma by starting conversations about mental illness. Everyone has the ability to help to “Make It OK” to talk about mental illness and stop stigma. At this training, you’ll    receive information and materials to become a Make It OK Ambassador and help promote the initiative to stop the stigma in our communities. It’s easy, rewarding and no experience is needed.

Training content is intended for adults 18+.

You’ll receive a toolkit and learn how to promote the campaign and stop the stigma in our communities. It’s easy, rewarding and no experience is needed.
